1. Contact the Neighbours Group on neighbours6@gmail.com to discuss your concerns and your location. You will need a gmail, yahoo or twitter account to post to this account. If you don't have any of these you can set up a gmail account very easily, there is a link to set one up from this blog. This is easy to set up if you have internet access and doesn't cost anything.
2. Neighbours Group will email you a link. Activating this link from the email will allow you to make posts to www.osborneresidentsgroup.blogspot.com You will need to sign in using your gmail account username and password. You will be asked for a display name and we recommend you use your street&approximate location (egSwinburneStResidentA). This will enable readers of this blog to determine where the clusters of affected residents are located.
3. Ensure your post specifies all four of the following:
A. What the industrial noise sounds like;
B. What time you are affected by the noise;
C. Describe intensity/loudness & frequency of the noise;
D. How is the noise affecting your enjoyment of your home?
